The problem was never the writing

We ran small companies with SOPs that were well written and rarely read. Writing the procedure had never been the hard part. Getting it in front of the person doing the job, at the moment they needed it, was.

So we built something that leads with what puts a procedure in front of a person: an AI that does the drafting by interviewing you, a structure that makes every SOP easy to find, assignments that get SOPs read, and answers from your own SOPs when someone has a question.

Why five pillars

Folders become a debate the moment two people disagree about where something goes. Every business, whatever it sells, acquires leads, nurtures them, closes deals, delivers and keeps customers. Organizing SOPs that way, plus a Company home for everything foundational, means anyone can guess where to look and be right.

What we will and won’t claim

We don’t publish customer counts, ratings or testimonials, and the companies in our examples are invented to show the shape of the work. Our comparisons with other SOP software use only what each vendor publishes, dated, and say where another tool is the better pick.
