Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Solender AI ("we") collects when you use SOPCompass and the sopcompass.com website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and the workspaces and roles you belong to.
  • Content you create: SOPs, steps, images, comments, assignments, share links and AI interview transcripts.
  • Files you import: documents you upload to create SOPs. Audio recordings are transcribed in your browser; the audio is not uploaded for that purpose.
  • Usage information: basic activity such as searches, questions asked in Ask, SOP views and completions, used to power features like Insights and read tracking.
  • Billing information: purchases are processed by Whop. We receive subscription status and the email used at checkout, not your full card details.

How we use information

  • To provide SOPCompass, including AI features, search, assignments and sharing.
  • To send service emails such as invites, assignment notices and account messages.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Service providers

We rely on providers to run SOPCompass, including Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Anthropic (AI features), ElevenLabs (voice interviews), Whop (billing), Vercel (hosting) and Slack (only when you send an SOP there). They process data on our behalf to provide their services.

Who can see your content

Content in a workspace is visible to members of that workspace according to their role. AI interviews are visible only to the person who started them. Anyone with an active share link can read the single SOP it points to until the link expires or is revoked.

Retention and deletion

We keep your content while your workspace is active. You can request an export or deletion of your data by emailing jordan@solender.ai. Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing or security reasons.

Your choices

You can update your account details, leave a workspace, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Changes

We will update this policy as SOPCompass changes and post the new date here.
