Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Solender AI for use of SOPCompass. By starting a trial or using SOPCompass, you agree to them.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping sign-in details secure. The workspace owner is responsible for the workspace and its subscription.

Trials, plans and billing

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are purchased and billed monthly through Whop, and Whop’s terms apply to the payment. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. Plan limits, such as workspaces and editors, are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Your content

You own the SOPs and other content you put into SOPCompass. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

AI features

AI features generate drafts, suggestions and answers that can be wrong or incomplete. Review AI output before relying on it. Nothing the AI writes is saved to an SOP until a person approves it.

Acceptable use

Do not use SOPCompass to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to access other workspaces, or store regulated data such as protected health information or payment card data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SOPCompass available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not offer an uptime commitment. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using SOPCompass and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After cancellation you can request an export of your content by emailing jordan@solender.ai.

Liability

SOPCompass is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Solender AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
