SOPCompass writes them with you, gives every SOP a home in a structure everyone shares, turns them into step-by-step procedures people can tick off, and shows who has read what. It also tells you which SOPs are due for review and what your team asks that nothing answers yet.

It drafts them, and you approve them. The AI assistant (Build with AI in the app) interviews you by text or voice, or works from a document, audio recording, screen recording or video you provide. The SOPCompass Capture Chrome extension turns clicks in a web app into steps with screenshots. You review every draft and every proposed edit before anything is saved.

Team is $99 per month and Business is $249 per month billed monthly, or $990 and $2,490 a year billed yearly. Enterprise pricing is custom. Viewers are unlimited on every plan.

No. SOPCompass runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. People sign in at app.sopcompass.com, with a password, an emailed sign-in link or Google. Anyone can add it to their phone home screen from the browser (it is not an app-store app and needs a connection). Editors who want to capture a web task click by click can add the optional SOPCompass Capture Chrome extension; nobody else needs it.

Yes. Import Word, PDF, Markdown and text files, an audio recording of you explaining a process, or a screen recording or video, which stays in the SOP. Editors can move SOPs between pillars by hand, and on Business AI sort can propose where each SOP belongs and flag catch-all documents to split.

SOPCompass does not train AI models on your content. AI features send the relevant content to Anthropic's API to generate a response.

Choose Team or Business and add your email and a workspace name, then start your 14-day trial on Whop's secure checkout. Your workspace is created as soon as checkout completes, and a sign-in link is emailed to you. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Yes. There is no long-term contract. The workspace owner can cancel from Settings, and cancelling keeps everything working until the end of the period you paid for.

Billing is handled securely by Whop. Your card details are entered on Whop’s checkout and never touch SOPCompass servers.

Anyone with the owner, admin or editor role in a workspace, meaning people who can create or change SOPs. Viewers, who read, follow along, comment and complete assignments, are unlimited and free on every plan.

Yes. The workspace owner can switch between Team and Business, or monthly and yearly, from Settings. When you switch mid-term, what you have already paid for and not used counts toward the new plan as free days, so nothing is charged twice. For Enterprise, talk to us.

AI features are included for normal day-to-day use: interviewing, importing, asking and sorting as your team documents and runs the business. Business has higher limits than Team. If you plan a very large migration, talk to us first and we will make sure it goes smoothly.

Any SOP can be printed, saved as a PDF or downloaded as Word on every plan. For a full export of your SOP content, email support@ironbridgeaiadvisory.com.

Business includes a REST API with read-only or read-write API keys, at 60 requests a minute per key. There is no native Zapier app yet: connect through Webhooks by Zapier, Make or n8n. There are no outgoing webhooks.

SOPCompass uses Anthropic's Claude through Anthropic's API. Your prompts and SOP content are sent to Anthropic to generate drafts and are not used by SOPCompass to train models.

Yes. Voice mode lets you answer out loud, which is often the fastest way to capture a process you know by heart. You still review the written draft before anything is saved.

Team and Business plans include the AI assistant with fair-use limits that cover normal day-to-day documentation. Enterprise plans can set custom limits.

Yes. Build with AI is the name in the app for the assistant that interviews you and writes or improves SOPs.

No. Transcription runs in your browser. The speech model downloads once and is cached, and the recording itself stays on your machine. The text transcript is what gets sent to draft the SOP.

Imports keep the substance: headings, steps, lists and checklists. Visual styling from the original file is not copied, so every SOP reads the same way in SOPCompass.

Imports run one document at a time so you can review each draft. For large migrations, talk to us about Enterprise onboarding.

Only ones you belong to, plus libraries shared into your workspace. Everything else is invisible to it, enforced by row-level security.

Yes, with fair-use limits on Team and higher limits on Business.

No. Ask only answers. To create or improve an SOP, use Build with AI, the assistant that interviews you.

No. A share link opens exactly one SOP, read-only. It cannot be used to browse or edit anything else.

It stops opening the SOP, and any embed that uses it stops too. You can create a new one at any time.

Yes, one SOP at a time, on every plan: Print or Save as PDF from the SOP, or Download as Word for an editable .docx with the screenshots.

Anyone with the owner, admin or editor role in a workspace. Viewers do not count toward your editor limit.

In the database. Row-level security decides what each person can read and change, so hiding a button is never the only protection.

Yes. Sign in with Google is supported. SAML and Okta single sign-on and SCIM are not.
