SOPCompass is SOP software for small and growing businesses. It helps you write standard operating procedures with AI, organizes them into Company plus five business pillars, and gets them in front of your team with assignments, a follow-along reader and answers from your own SOPs.

A drive stores documents. SOPCompass writes them with you, gives every SOP a home in a structure everyone shares, turns them into step-by-step procedures people can tick off, and shows who has read what. It also tells you which SOPs are due for review and what your team asks that nothing answers yet.

It drafts them, and you approve them. The AI assistant interviews you by text or voice, or works from a document, audio recording or screen recording you provide. You review every draft and every proposed edit before anything is saved.

No, but every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial so you can set up a real workspace before you decide.

Team is $99 per month and Business is $249 per month, both billed monthly. Enterprise pricing is custom. Viewers are unlimited on every plan.

No. SOPCompass runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. People sign in at app.sopcompass.com.

Yes. Import Word, PDF, Markdown and text files, or an audio recording of you explaining a process. AI sort can then propose where each SOP belongs and flag catch-all documents to split.

SOPCompass does not train AI models on your content. AI features send the relevant content to Anthropic's API to generate a response.

Choose Team or Business and add your email and a workspace name, then start your 14-day trial on Whop's secure checkout. Your workspace is created as soon as checkout completes, and a sign-in link is emailed to you. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Yes. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. Cancel from your Whop account and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Billing is handled securely by Whop. Your card details are entered on Whop’s checkout and never touch SOPCompass servers.

Anyone with the owner, admin or editor role in a workspace, meaning people who can create or change SOPs. Viewers, who read, follow along, comment and complete assignments, are unlimited and free on every plan.

Yes. Move from Team to Business when you add a brand or need more editors, or talk to us about Enterprise. Email us if you need help switching.

AI features are included for normal day-to-day use: interviewing, importing, asking and sorting as your team documents and runs the business. Business has higher limits than Team. If you plan a very large migration, talk to us first and we will make sure it goes smoothly.

Yes, by request. Email jordan@solender.ai and we will provide an export of your SOP content.

Plans are billed monthly today. If you are interested in annual billing or have a nonprofit, email us.

SOPCompass uses Anthropic's Claude through Anthropic's API. Your prompts and SOP content are sent to Anthropic to generate drafts and are not used by SOPCompass to train models.

Yes. Voice mode lets you answer out loud, which is often the fastest way to capture a process you know by heart. You still review the written draft before anything is saved.

Team and Business plans include the AI assistant with fair-use limits that cover normal day-to-day documentation. Enterprise plans can set custom limits.

No. Transcription runs in your browser. The speech model downloads once and is cached, and the recording itself stays on your machine. The text transcript is what gets sent to draft the SOP.

Imports keep the substance: headings, steps, lists and checklists. Visual styling from the original file is not copied, so every SOP reads the same way in SOPCompass.

Imports run one document at a time so you can review each draft. For large migrations, talk to us about Enterprise onboarding.

Only ones you belong to, plus libraries shared into your workspace. Everything else is invisible to it, enforced by row-level security.

Yes, with fair-use limits on Team and higher limits on Business.

No. A share link opens exactly one SOP, read-only. It cannot be used to browse or edit anything else.

It stops opening the SOP. You can create a new one at any time.

Anyone with the owner, admin or editor role in a workspace. Viewers do not count toward your editor limit.

In the database. Row-level security decides what each person can read and change, so hiding a button is never the only protection.
