Put the right SOP in front of the right person
The most common SOP failure is not bad writing. It is that nobody reads them. Assign an SOP to one person or several, add a note on why it matters and pick a due date. Each person gets an email and finds it waiting under their assignments.
- Due dates, with overdue work clearly flagged
- A personal note on every assignment
- Great for new-hire onboarding and policy changes
