What the sort proposes
AI sort reads the workspace, flags the catch-all as a candidate for splitting, and proposes focused SOPs, each with a pillar and a department. Nothing moves until an admin approves it.
Where things land
The Operations procedures become their own SOPs: certificate of insurance paperwork, day-of procedures and post-event procedures. The money side goes to Finance: payroll, and parking reimbursement. Each one ends up where the person doing that job would look for it.
