Cedar Field Services is an invented home services company working out of two locations. Much of its work happens on site, with crews setting up and running equipment, which makes step-by-step SOPs especially useful.
On-site work
Job site setup and equipment checks are documented as procedures a crew member can follow along with on a phone, one step at a time, ticking off each step as it is done.
Behind the scenes
Payroll and leadership SOPs live in the same workspace, so the people running the company have their procedures written down too. The second location is its own workspace, so its SOPs never mix in with the first, while shared libraries like payroll are written once and published into both.
