What can the AI do?
It interviews you by text or voice and drafts SOPs from your answers, improves an existing SOP, turns a document, audio recording or video into a draft, tidies the wording of a Chrome capture, drafts quiz questions, and answers questions in Ask with citations to your SOPs. On Business, admins can also run AI sort, which proposes where each SOP belongs.
Does the AI change my SOPs on its own?
No. Every draft, proposed edit, quiz question and sort proposal waits for a person to review and approve it. Nothing the AI writes is saved or shown to your team until someone does.
Which AI model do you use?
AI features use Anthropic's Claude models through Anthropic's API. Voice interviews use a voice service to handle the spoken conversation.
Is my content used to train AI models?
SOPCompass does not train AI models on your content. When you use an AI feature, the content that request needs is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the response.
Can Ask show someone an SOP they aren't allowed to see?
No. Ask looks up SOPs as the person asking, so answers only draw on what that person can already open.
Who can see my AI interview?
Only you. Admins and teammates can't read someone else's interview. What becomes shared is the SOP you choose to save.
Is there a limit on AI use?
AI features are included for normal day-to-day use, with fair-use limits. Some features have their own caps, such as 20 AI rewrites of captures per person per day. Planning a very large migration? Email support@ironbridgeaiadvisory.com first.
Which AI features need Business?
AI sort, which admins run. The Insights reports are Business-only too. The interview, Improve with AI, imports, video to steps, capture rewrite, quiz drafting and Ask are on every plan.
Is audio I import sent to the AI?
The audio file isn't. Speech in an imported recording is transcribed in your browser, and only the text is used to draft the SOP.
