Integrations

Embeds, the Chrome extension, Zapier, Make, n8n and more.

  1. Integrations overviewA plain list of what SOPCompass connects to today, what each connection needs, and what is not built yet, so you can plan around it.
  2. Sharing SOPs in SlackPaste a share link into Slack and it unfurls with the SOP's title and step count. Workspaces can't connect their own Slack yet.
  3. Embedding SOPs in other toolsEvery share link can be embedded as a live, read-only SOP in another page. Start here, then follow the guide for your tool.
  4. Embed an SOP in a website or intranetCopy the embed code from the Share window and paste it into an HTML block. The SOP sizes itself to fit where scripts are allowed.
  5. Embed an SOP in NotionPaste the embed link into a Notion embed block and drag it to the height you want. The SOP stays current as you edit it in SOPCompass.
  6. Embed an SOP in ConfluencePaste the embed link and show it as an embed, or use an iframe or HTML macro if your Confluence admin allows one. The SOP stays in sync with SOPCompass.
  7. Embed SOPs in Zendesk and other help desksPaste the embed code into the article's HTML source. Most help desks limit iframes and scripts, so here is how to check and what to expect.
  8. Embed an SOP in Google SitesUse Insert, then Embed, and paste the embed code or link. Google Sites gives the embed a fixed box, so drag it to the height you want.
  9. The Chrome capture extensionInstall the extension, connect it from a signed-in SOPCompass tab, do the task once, then review and publish. Includes the full privacy detail.
  10. Sign in with GoogleAnyone invited with a Google address can sign in with Google. It finds their invitation automatically. It doesn't sync users or enforce Google-only sign-in.
  11. Email notificationsSOPCompass sends invitations, sign-in and reset links, assignment emails and @mention emails. It doesn't send reminders or digests yet.
  12. Zapier, Make and n8n with the SOPCompass APIBusinessThere is no native Zapier app yet. Use Webhooks by Zapier, Make's HTTP module or n8n's HTTP Request node with an API key. Recipes for drafts, assignments and channel posts.
  13. Importing from other toolsEvery import becomes a draft you review before it is saved. What each file type does, the limits, and how to bring content from Google Docs and other tools.
  14. Exporting SOPs to PDF and WordAny SOP can be printed or saved as a PDF and downloaded as a Word file, with screenshots and highlight boxes. Bulk export goes through the API or a request.
  15. QR codes for SOPsEvery share link has its own QR code. Print it where the work happens; scanning opens the current SOP on any phone, no account or app needed.
