Every SOPCompass plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You pick a plan, tell us where to send your sign-in link, and finish on Whop’s secure checkout. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Choose a plan
There are two self-serve plans. Both include unlimited viewers.

Everything else is on both plans: Company plus the five pillars, departments, the AI assistant (Build with AI), imports, screen recordings and videos, the Capture extension, Ask, assignments, quizzes, policy sign-off, comments, version history, share links and embeds, print and Word export.
If you need more than 5 workspaces or 30 editors, the signup page has a “Talk to us” link.
Note: Pick Team if you run one business. Pick Business if you run several brands or locations, or want Insights, AI sort or library sharing. You can switch later, and what you have already paid for counts toward the new plan. See Plans and billing.
Start the trial
- Go to the signup page (the Start a 14-day free trial link on the sign-in screen, or the pricing page on sopcompass.com).
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, then pick Team or Business.
- Enter Your name and Work email. Your sign-in link goes to this address, so use the same email at checkout if you can.
- Enter a Workspace name, usually your company name. You can rename it later in People, under Settings & billing.
- Click Start free trial of Team (or Business). You are taken to Whop’s checkout.
- Complete checkout. Whop sends you back to SOPCompass, which confirms the purchase and creates your workspace. This usually takes a few seconds.
After checkout
When the workspace is ready, the page says Check your email. We send a sign-in link to the address you entered.
- Open the link on the same device. It can take a minute to arrive, so check spam if you do not see it.
- Set a password (or skip for now; you can sign in later with another emailed link or with Google).
- You land in your new workspace as its owner.
If the sign-in email did not send, the page offers Send the sign-in email again. We also retry automatically within the hour.
Important: If you closed the checkout before finishing, nothing was charged and no workspace was created. Start again from the signup page.
What to do next
Common questions
Am I charged when I start the trial?
No. Nothing is due today. The first charge comes when the 14-day trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then without being charged.
Can I switch plans during the trial?
Yes. The workspace owner can change plan from People, Settings & billing. When you switch during a trial, the trial carries over to the new plan.
Who handles payment?
Whop. You enter card details on Whop's hosted checkout, so they never touch SOPCompass.
