AI sort

AI sort is for tidying up a workspace that already has content, for example after importing a lot of documents or moving over from another tool. It proposes; you decide.

What it proposes

• A pillar for every library that is not in one yet (libraries on boards from before the pillars).
• Departments, plus any extra pillars, for every SOP that has no departments of its own.
• A split for SOPs that look like several separate procedures in one.

Each proposal comes with a short reason.

Run it

1. On Boards, click Sort into pillars (admins and owners on the Business plan).
2. Click Propose a sort. For a large workspace this takes a minute or two.
3. Work through the two lists, Libraries to move and SOPs to tag:
   • Change the pillar or departments if you disagree.
   • Click Approve or Reject. Each decision saves and moves to the decided list, where Undo brings it back.
   • Or click Approve all remaining.
4. Click Apply (the button shows how many are approved) and confirm.

Approved libraries move into their pillars, approved SOPs get their departments, and old boards left empty are removed. Nothing moves until you apply.

Splitting catch-all SOPs

When a proposal says an SOP looks like several procedures, it lists the parts and where each would go. Click Split it to walk through them. See Split one SOP into several.

Without the Business plan

Editors on every plan can move libraries and SOPs by hand. See Move SOPs and libraries between pillars.
