Insights
A Business plan report on whether your SOPs are actually being used, and what to write or review next.
On this page
Insights answers one question: are your SOPs actually being read, and what are people looking for? It is included in the Business plan. On Team, the page explains what it would show.
Click Insights in the top menu.
The numbers at the top
- total opens of SOPs in this workspace
- SOPs opened at least once
- never opened
Most read
Each SOP with its board, how many times it was opened, by how many readers and when it was last opened.
Questions the SOPs couldn’t answer
Questions people asked in Ask that got no answer from your SOPs, with how many times each was asked and by how many people. Each one is a page worth writing. Editors can:
- Click Write this one to go to Boards and create it.
- Click Mark written once an SOP covers it, to take it off the list.
Searched for, nothing found
Searches that have never returned a single result. Either the SOP does not exist yet, or it is titled in a way people do not search for. Click a query to re-run it (re-running from here is not counted as a new search).
What people search for
The searches that do find results: what this workspace is actually used to look up, with the number of searches, people and results.
Who owns what, and is it current
For each SOP owner: how many SOPs they own, how many are Review overdue, how many have No review set and how many are Current. See Owners, review dates and tags.
Recent activity
Recent changes in the workspace, including SOPs moved between libraries and pillars, and who made them.
Nobody has opened these
SOPs that were written but never read. Editors can Assign one to someone or Archive it.
Before anyone has used it
A brand-new workspace shows “Nothing to count yet” with a link to invite people. Insights fills in as people read, search and ask.
Common questions
Who can see Insights?
Insights is in the top menu for everyone in a workspace on the Business plan. The actions on it, like Write this one, Mark written, Assign and Archive, are for editors, admins and owners.
Does Insights show who asked a question?
No. Unanswered questions and searches are shown with how many times and by how many people, not by whom.
